To maintain the best quality of service for our guests and community at large, our company has decided to implement strict safety guidelines to ensure our clients and their guests remain safe in our care.
All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
We take pride in providing each of our clients with a clean luxurious transportation experience and therefore require that the client will assume full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. The client will be responsible for damaged carpet, torn seats, broken or damaged stereo or electrical equipment, missing charging cables, and broken glass. We charge a sanitation fee (throw up) of $250.00 if additional clean up services are required, a fee of $50 per hour for cleaning service will be charged to the client that booked the transportation service..
The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Our chauffeurs have the right to terminate a reservation if he/she observes a safety risk to any person(s) in our vehicle without a refund. We do not allow anyone to hang out of our vehicles while the vehicle is in motion, nor do we allow yelling outside of the vehicle to pedestrians from our vehicle while in motion. Dream World USA is not responsible for injuries due to horseplay while in our vehicles.
We strictly adhere to all State and federal laws concerning alcohol consumption consumed or used by any person(s) that are under the legal age of 21 years old; we maintain a strict zero-tolerance compliance policy. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. If the client or their guest(s) smokes inside of any of the prohibited vehicles, the client is responsible for the fee of $100.00 for cleaning and airing services.
DreamWorld USA is not responsible for articles left behind in the vehicle by the client or guest(s).

We will not post any photos of passengers under the age of 16 years old. By signing this agreement, you agree to the above terms and conditions. All damages are noted at the discretion of your driver. As the client you agree to the number of hours and rate structures provided in your confirmation and reservation contract. As the client you also agree by signing this agreement that DreamWorld USA is authorized to charge additional fees for noted structural damages, cleaning services, and smoke damage to vehicles.
